Well here it is the end of April with bikini season right around the corner and I am bigger then I have ever been in my life. I have a double chin, rolls up and down me, and a butt that sticks out for miles. I cant even fit my shorts halfway up to where they are supposed to be. So here I am starting out again for the 100th time on changing my life and my future. There are things I want to do and things I cant do because I am the way I am but at least every new day gives us a chance to change who we are and where we want to go. So today is my day to start over and to change my life and my views. This blog is designed to offer me a place to go to share my good times and my bad times and the success I will have. I guess I need to start a goal so I am giving myself 30 days to start the change and my goal in 30 days is to get to 170. Thats about where I was last summer so it will be a good start. I will list what I eat no matter how good or how bad. I will also list my schedule and if I stick to it or not. So here it goes!

Friday-volleyball
Saturday-30 day shred
Sunday-30 day shred and softball
Calories- 1200 daily/ 8400 weekly
