Day 2 183.5

Not sure why I weigh more today I guess from working out last night and not doing that for a while. It feels good to be back at things again. I am sore today but sore in a good way. I was very disappointed in how far I let myself go last night. First I went to Charlotte Russe and nothing fit me... there large shirt is to small for me and there size 13 pants are to small... that is so upsetting and it makes me even more determined to do this for me and do it right. Next let down was my workout I did the 30 day shred last night and it was tough and i had to stop a few times... that is extremely upsetting but I finished and I am sore so it must have done something for me. My calorie total came in at 1280 yesterday which is a little over but that still pretty good.
