Day 2

So I am not going to weigh myself every day because thats a little too much so maybe every 3 days just so I can see where I am for the week and not lose track of what I am doing. The scale is always a good reminder of why I am doing this. I am so excited that all the women I work with are taking a step towards a better and healthier life and I am so excited that I get to be a part of this. I feel really inspired to be healthy and get my self in shape. Tonight I am going to take my bikini pictures so please be ready to see those tomorrow. Also I am going to start packing my lunch so tonight I am going to the store and will prepare the food that I buy to bring with me by bagging it out into portions so I can just grab them and go. This could not have come at a better time for me, its like every time I am down in life god pops in and shows me the way and I am so gratedul to have him to trust to show me the way. Anyway hopefully it stops raining so I can take Lucky on a nice long walk tonight after I do my 30 day shred video.

So far: Oatmeal plain - 150 calories
