Day 8


Well the last 2 days have been going great eating wise and working out wise. Yesterday I had a banana and an english muffin with a little peanut butter for breakfast and then for lunch I had a healthy choice soup and for dinner I had a little rice with taco meat and some fruit then when I got home I was so hungry so I had a fat free 100 calorie chocolate pudding and it was yummy! I took Lucky to the park and walked the loop and I think we walked about 4 miles but it was hilly so it was a good workout and Lucky was worn out. Today I had oatmeal for breakfast and I didnt eat a snack because I went to a birthday lunch today and we went so early for me. I went to O charleys and didnt eat any rolls!!!! Thats amazing. I had a salad with low fat ranch and a half a turkey sandwich on wheat and it was pretty good. I am eating an apple now and will probably have soup for dinner because tonight is such a busy night. Tonight I have to rush home to go to Rodneys game at 6 and then after that I am going to come home and take Lucky on a 30 min walk eat some dinner and then head out to volleyball because our game isnt till 10 tonight... But it will be an active night and I am thankful for that. I am trying to kick my a$$ in gear so that I can get these pounds off and take a lead in the contest. I want to win! And I want to be skinny so I can wear a yellow polka dot bikini by at least middle to end of June and look HOT!!! So today I am going to post the results of this weeks weigh in so we can all see what I am working with. I keep meaning to add some pictures because I like blogs with pictures but the bf has my camera for work :(
